Day 1:

Depart with 4x4 jeeps from Khartoum. Visit the Meroitic temples of Naga, which are one of the best preserved Kushite sites in Sudan.

Picnic lunch alongside Naga temple.

In the afternoon drive to temple complex of Musawwarat es Sufra and site see the largest set of Meroitic remains in Sudan which covers 55,000m2. Dinner and overnight in Safari Sudan tented camp close to the temple complex.

Day 2:

After breakfast, drive to Meroe. Enjoy a guided tour of the ruins of the town, temples and necropolises of the former capital of the Meroe kingdom.

Lunch at the ruins of Meroe City.

In the mid-afternoon, enjoy a leisurely drive back to Khartoum
